Quesly operates under the law of the Russian Federation. This English text is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.
1. What this is
This is a public offer: a proposal to use Quesly on the terms below, addressed to anyone.
It is accepted when you start using the service — by sending the bot its first message or
pressing /start, or by signing in to the admin panel. From that moment a
contract on these terms exists between you and us.
If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the service.
2. The parties
Provider — [OPERATOR NAME], taxpayer number [INN], registration number [OGRN], address: [ADDRESS].
User — any person with legal capacity who has started using the service. If you are under 14, use it only with a parent's or guardian's consent.
The service (Quesly) — the Telegram bot @QueslyBot, the bots users connect themselves, the site quesly.online and the admin panel.
3. What we provide
We let you build quizzes, run them in Telegram, invite participants, see the results and export them. The service is provided as it stands at the moment you use it.
The service is free today. No paid plans are offered and no payments are accepted. The plan limits shown in the panel are informational. When paid plans appear, their prices, payment and refund rules will be set out in a separate offer that has to be accepted separately — free use will not quietly become paid use.
4. Your rights to what you create
The quizzes, questions, texts and files you upload stay yours. We claim no rights to them.
By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and show it to the participants of your quizzes — only as far as running the service requires. The licence lasts while the content is in the service and ends when it is deleted.
Separately, the catalog. If you suggested a quiz for the public catalog yourself and we accepted it, you allow it to be shown to every user of the platform, with your name and a link to your Telegram account published next to it as its author. A quiz can be taken out of the catalog on request.
5. What is not allowed
You undertake not to place or distribute through the service:
- material that breaks the law of the Russian Federation;
- other people's material you have no rights to;
- insults, harassment, threats, incitement of hatred;
- pornography and material harmful to children;
- advertising of drugs, weapons, gambling and other prohibited goods;
- knowingly false statements presented as fact;
- malicious code or links to it.
Also not allowed:
- automating quiz runs, inflating results or the rating;
- trying to reach other people's data or internal interfaces;
- creating load that degrades the service for others;
- impersonating another person or us.
We may remove offending content, restrict access or stop serving you — for a gross breach, without warning. A quiz creator may in addition close their own quizzes to particular participants.
6. Connecting your own bot
You may connect your own bot by giving us its token. The token is stored encrypted and the message carrying it is deleted from the chat immediately. We use it only to run your bot within the service. You can disconnect the bot and revoke the token at any time — in the panel or through @BotFather.
You are responsible for having the right to operate that bot, and for what it sends to your subscribers.
7. Personal data
What we process, why and for how long is set out in the Privacy policy. By accepting these terms you confirm that you have read it and consent to your data being processed on its terms.
8. Liability and warranties
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running without interruption or error but do not guarantee it: maintenance windows, failures, and unavailability caused by Telegram or by network providers are possible.
We are not responsible for the content of quizzes made by users, or for what participants
do. Send complaints about someone else's quiz to us through /feedback and we
will look at them.
To the extent the law allows, we do not compensate lost profit or indirect losses. Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer where the law grants them.
We take backups, but we do not guarantee your content will survive: keep a copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
9. Ending
You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted — the procedure is in section 7 of the policy. We may stop serving you if you breach section 5, and may shut the service down entirely, announcing it in the bot in advance.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. A new version is published on this page with a new date. Significant changes are announced in the bot. Continuing to use the service after a new version is published means you have accepted it.
11. Law and disputes
The law of the Russian Federation applies. Disputes are settled by negotiation; a written claim with a 30-day response window is a required first step. Failing that, a dispute is heard by the court having jurisdiction under Russian law.
12. Contact
/feedback in the bot is the fastest route: it files a ticket and the answer
comes back there. Email for formal correspondence:
[E-MAIL].
